WebI thought everyone here would find it a useful reference if I described my recovery period on here and keep updating every day for the first couple weeks and every week after that for a period of 4-6 weeks when I am supposed meet up with my surgeon to determine when I will be going back to training again. WebObviously rest is the best option, but for anyone who has gone through this injury do they have a specific course of action they followed to recover. I’m a bit lost as I read that some people recommend icing for the duration of recovery, whilst some sources say icing is an outdated method, and others which say ice for 48 hours then use METH.
