WebI sleep roughly the same amount of time every night. 7-8 hours. During the week I go to bed around 11pm and wake up around 7am, and struggle to wake up, still feel tired, find it difficult to get out of bed. On the weekends I stay up a bit later, maybe around 1-2am, and wake up between 8:30-9:30 am. Which still equals to the same amount of hours.
