To get the Normal Ending, you’ll need to stop yourself from punishing Namatame without identifying the actual culprit. Simply fail to name the criminal, and the Normal Ending will proceed from there. The Outcome WebNanako dying is only for the bad ends. If you want to save her you must spare Namatame, and if you want the game to continue onto the true end you must make the right choices when talking to him. They are fairly obvious choices, just remember to not accept things as they are. There is still something you're missing.
